3. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Dealfront Services can be used without sharing personal data with us. However, if you are implementing our scripts into your website or connect your CRM or email systems, you might end up sharing personal data with us. In such cases we will process data on your behalf in accordance with our DPA which then accompanies our General Terms and conditions regarding your contract:

4. Privacy Information for Data Subjects
Dealfront operates one of the largest B2B search engines and web crawlers in the world for its services. Our web crawlers scour millions of web pages daily to discover relevant business information. In certain cases, they may also collect personal information, for example, if your name appears on a public website of your company, our web crawlers may index that website and display the information on our platform to our customers if they search your company or information in connection with your company.
