With custom feeds, you can filter identified companies using different criteria. You can also group these feeds into folders for better organisation.

ย You can control who sees or edits feeds by setting access rights at the feed or folder level.

When creating a custom feed, the box "Make this feed public" is checked by default, giving all users editor rights.

Unchecking this box makes the feed private. You can then share it with specific users after saving.

Clicking โ€˜Shareโ€™ lets you add users. Youโ€™ll be listed as the Owner, while others will have Viewer access by default.

Use the dropdown to change access to Owner, Editor, or Viewer. You can also remove users here.

Now letโ€™s look at folder-level sharing. Click the three dots on a folder and select Share.

If there are feeds which are shared with all users in a private custom folder then the feed itself can still be accessed by other users. The users without access to the custom folder wonโ€™t be able to delete or edit the custom folder itself.ย

You can't reduce someoneโ€™s access for a single feed if they have higher folder accessโ€”but you can increase it.

To change rights later, return to the Share settings. And remember, users canโ€™t create feeds in folders unless theyโ€™re Owners.
