In this video, we'll show you how to add and manage tags in Leadfeeder โ€” a great way to organize your companies and streamline your workflow.

Letโ€™s dive right in by adding a new tag to a company.

First, click on a company to open its details. Then, press the โ€˜Add tagโ€™ button.

In the pop-up window, youโ€™ll see some pre-made tags you can use โ€” or you can create your own.

To create a new tag, type the name into the 'New tag' field and click Create.

You can also select tags that already exist. And yes โ€” multiple tags can be added to the same company.

Once added, the tag will be visible in the company details.

Now that youโ€™ve tagged some companies, letโ€™s see how to filter them using a custom feed.

Start by clicking โ€˜Create custom feedโ€™.

Give your new feed a name.ย

Then, search for the Tags filter.

From here, you can choose which tags to include or exclude. Just click Add, and then press Save feed.

Your custom feed is now ready, and youโ€™ll find it in your feed list!

Pro tip: Subscribe to email alerts for your tagged companies. Youโ€™ll be notified when they return and see exactly what they did on your site.

To manage your tags, click โ€˜Add tagโ€™ and scroll to the bottom of the window. Then click โ€˜Manage all tagsโ€™.

Here you can edit tag names, create new ones, and even choose a color to make them easier to spot.

And thatโ€™s it! You now know how to add, filter, and manage tags in Leadfeeder.ย
