Streamline Your Workflow with List Views

In this video, you'll learn how to use List Views in the Dealfront Lists app.List Views allow you to save your custom filter and column setups as a "view" for quick access. This means you can create different views for various purposes, like segmenting prospects or analyzing data, and apply them to any Company or Contact list with a single click.Here’s how it works:

  • Create a View

    Start by applying your desired filters—using Dealfront data, web activity, or your CRM data—and customizing the columns you want to see. Then, save this configuration as a new view with a descriptive name.

  • Switch and Modify

    Easily toggle between your saved views using a dropdown menu. If you need to make changes, simply adjust the filters or columns and save the current view to update it.

  • Manage Views

    You can rename or delete views you no longer need through the menu options.

  • Powerful Integrations

    Combine List Views with bulk actions like "Export" or "Move to list." The action will only apply to the items that match your view's filters, streamlining your workflow. You can also use views on the "All Companies" or "All Contacts" lists to apply complex filters across your entire database instantly.

In this video, we'll show you how to use List Views in the Lists app—a feature that lets you save your custom filter and column configurations for quick access anytime.

A List View is a saved snapshot of your filter and column configuration. You can create different views for different purposes, available for both Company and Contact lists.

Let's create our first view. Start by naming your view and applying the filters you need—you can use any combination of Dealfront data, web activity, and your own CRM data. Next, customize your columns.  Once you're happy with your setup, click the "Save as new view" button.

Give your view a descriptive name and hit "Save". Your new custom view is now saved and active.

You can easily switch between views using the dropdown—filters and columns update instantly.  To modify an existing view, make your changes, click "Save current view" to update the current view.

Need to rename or delete a view? Just click the three-dot menu. You can rename your view to keep things organized, or delete views you no longer need.

List Views become even more powerful when combined with other features. Use a view on the "All Companies" or "All Contacts" lists to apply complex filters across your entire database in one click.

List Views also work seamlessly with bulk actions. When you apply a view and select all items, actions like Export or Move to list will only apply to companies or contacts that match your view's filters.
